Together with the Biohotel Schwanen we developed a service board for hosting in times of Covid-19 and in the future. ALMA is a tray and presentation tool and brings a new art of serving and presenting to the dining table. With the 1.20 meters long board, the dishes are served at the same time for everyone at the table. Plates and cutlery are taken and restored by the guest on their own. Only one service employee can serve an entire table observing the necessary distance. The guests can enjoy all the food at a glance in the middle of the table, tasting and sharing in a wonderful relaxed and familiar situation.
ALMA is made from solid maple wood in the Bregenzerwald wood workshop of Markus Faißt.
