IGNIS
Wine manufactory Strobl
2011

Since its inception, the process of growing wine has hardly changed, apart from a few technical aids, to this day. An appreciative approach to the past and a gentle transition to the present were the approaches for the interior concept of the IGNIS Vinothek on Linz‘s main square. By exposing the walls, traces of the past are brought to the surface. High-quality craftsmanship and the processing of regional wooden materials create a warm atmosphere. The combination of black and white seating references the corporate identity. A transition to the present is formed. Glass walls with integrated, traditional wooden doors create an interesting field of tension.
