Maple wood and concrete form the central materials of the Hohneder bakery on Stockhofstrasse in Linz. The material creates an unusual and natural appearance at the same time. The structural breakthrough into the garden of the Kreuzschwestern enables a panoramic view of the gardens and brings light to the salesroom.
The sales counter out of light maple wood is placed on a solid concrete base in the center of the space. The counter is complemented by round presentation and storage areas and offers customers an optimal overview. Further presentation options were created through a grid system of wooden blocks on the raw brick walls.
